The recent implementation of several changes\, facilitated by the donation of medical equipment by JAF\, has resulted in remarkable improvements in patient flow and overall efficiency. \nThe Julius Agenmonmen Foundation (JAF) is proud to share the positive impact of its recent donation of medical equipment to the St. Camillus Catholic Hospital’s Eye Clinic. As you may recall\, this donation marked the beginning of JAF’s long-term commitment to improving healthcare for underserved communities\, a pledge made by Julius Agenmonmen himself at his 60th birthday celebration. \nImproved Patient Experience at the Eye Clinic \nSince receiving the new equipment\, the Eye Clinic has reported significant improvements in patient flow and overall efficiency. Here’s a glimpse of the positive changes: \n\nReduced Waiting Times: Patients are experiencing a 20% decrease in wait times\, allowing them to spend less time in the waiting area.\nSmoother Patient Care: Improved staff coordination has resulted in a smoother transition between different stages of a patient’s visit\, from intake to consultation and treatment.\nHappier Patients: Patients are more satisfied with their experience thanks to quicker service and clearer communication from staff.\nIncreased Appointments Seen on Time: A whopping 90% of patients are now seen within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time!\nMore Efficient Doctors: Doctors are utilising their time more effectively with fewer idle periods between appointments.\nExpanded Clinic Days: The Eye Clinic is now open from Monday to Friday\, with a skilled Optometrist available throughout the week. Previously\, the clinic was only open on Mondays.\n\nThese improvements are a direct result of the JAF donation\, which provided the Eye Clinic with the necessary equipment to streamline its operations. \nJAF’s Commitment Continues \nThe Julius Agenmonmen Foundation remains dedicated to supporting St. Camillus Catholic Hospital and other healthcare institutions working to improve access to quality care.
